Control of operations
Together with you, we set up rules that reflect exactly how you want departments to be run – for instance, preventing managers from taking time off during Christmas or requiring a minimum staff at a flagship store. Rules could also relate to regulations, such as the maximum number of work hours per week and ensuring compliance with the EU working time directive.
Rules can be implemented as locked, where no planning breaking the rules can take place, or with warnings, where both the planner and a district or overall manager will be informed that planning has been made that exceeds the rules and can then discuss the reasoning with the planner.

All reports can be set up as subscriptions and sent to you automatically, for instance, every Monday. This eliminates regularly logging into a system just to pull data.
